Standalone Beetle Prototype

Here is a prototype of the Beetle Mech movement being developed for Project Under Root.

* NOTE * Set Movement Type (Default is No Jumping, No Gliding):

Keyboard 1 : No Jumping, No Gliding

Keyboard 2 : Able to Jump, No Gliding

Keyboard 3 : Able to Jump, Able to Glide

How to Glide with Able to Glide Enabled: Hold Jump while jumping or press Jump while falling.  Press Jump again while gliding to cancel the glide.

* NOTE * You can build momentum while gliding downwards to fly upwards to a degree. Currently, this part of the movement system needs the most improvement.

Keyboard Controls:

ESC: Toggle Mouse Visible

Move Forward / Back : W / S

Steer Left / Steer Right : A / D

Jump : SPACE

Glide Up / Glide Down : Mouse Up / Mouse Down

Controller Controls:

Move Forward / Back : L-Stick Up / L-Stick Down

Steer Left / Steer Right : R-Stick Left / R-Stick Right

Jump : A

Glide Up / Glide Down : R-Stick Up / R-Stick Down
